ABOUT ME

My name is Zhi Sun, I started my professional training career at Equinox Midtown for a few years, and worked hard to become a high end tier trainer. So, I had the opportunity to work with clients of varying levels of fitness. After a few years working for Equinox; I decided to completely shift into the private training business; which allows me to connect with my clients better. My ideal client(s) are those with goal(s), a positive attitude, and willingness to work. That’s all. Everybody is different and every body is different, so training programs are catered to my client’s individual needs. But no matter who you are or what you do, I have steadfast principles that apply to myself and my clients: These are the six pillars, I strongly believe in:

-Listen and understand each other

-Explain how the training methodology will cater towards your goals

-Establish realistic expectations and have a training plan

-Monitor progress and give each other feedback

-Build trust to have an open communication with each other

-Most importantly, training should be fun and enjoyable
